Another good website to try is
www.asa2fly.com as they do the atp faa written exam book, as well as reprints of standard faa books such as aviation weather and weather services. When i sent off for my book last year they were very quick to send it back. As the one of the previous posts stated, have a look at the Sheffield Website as they have a detailed list of questions and mock test sections.
