Hi all,
In May im going to attend Sheffield Dispatcher School in Florida and they highly recommend i get a hold of the above book and learn it before i get there - the only problem is im having a very hard time of getting this book as it seems to have gone out of print! I had one ordered on Amazon but they mailed me today to tell me they had already sold it ...
... Can anyone give me any info where i might pick this up?
