Pan & Khotar don't stand a chance. Both were on the Rex Board & Rex (RAL) Board along with Howell & Sharp. But they will probably just go to another country and be a director there.

Speaking of Howell, my understanding is he was COO and a board member at the time of these alleged offences. Curious that ASIC hasn’t named him as a subject of the action?
