Thanks to all of you guys for giving me a better outlook on the SQ and SilkAir situation.
My post was not intended to create a new debate line, cause I have already read the other "Far East" threads. However, I can see, by your responses, the level of animosity that the whole SQ situation has generated.
My question was straightforward, and my only intention was to know a bit better about the selection process (and only that).
I have worked for companies that abuse their pilot's patience and violate the contracts. This seems to be the norm these days
. I have seen these debates happening over and over, and sometimes I wonder if this is not exactly what the companies want, meaning, everyone fighting against everyone, so they can fill their pockets. Voodoo economics...
