I would suggest that Gyro and High Cirrus are telling it how it is, Yes maybe from "bitter" experience.
I do not even think the Silk Air Package looks "attractive" on paper and certainly is not in reality but if you want to try it then come and join.
These jobs are designed to attract those from Third World countries where the Singapore Dollar still buys you something back home and where financial aspirations are less.
