Overseas License Conversion to CASA

I have neither a visa or PR of Australia nor a work permit. So I need your complete guidance to go through it.

If you don't have Australian residency or citizenship there is no point in converting the licence.

The mere fact of holding a CPL or ATPL will not qualify you for Australian temporary or permanent residence or approval to work. "Pilot" is no longer on the Skills Shortage list. To obtain a Visa enabling work in Australia you would need an alternate valid reason - Australian Spouse; company sponsorship (extremely unlikely in the airline industry); immediate family sponsorship etc.
