Jet makes emergency landing
An executive four-seater jet was forced to make an emergency landing at Stansted Airport in Essex because its wheels would not lower for landing.
The Falcon 900 jet, which was carrying two crew and two passengers, touched down with no landing gear at 0118 GMT on Monday. No-one on board was hurt.
The aircraft, en route from Tanzania to Luton in Bedfordshire, was diverted to Stansted after reporting a problem.
The runway was closed until 0530 GMT while it was inspected for damage.
A spokesman for the airport said some early flights may be delayed.
Essex Police said the Air Accident Investigation Bureau had been informed of the incident.
