So who forced this guy to leave his high paying Esso job??? Amazes me that all of the people coming onto to this topic saying “this is wrong or that is wrong, blah, blah, blah….”
Go to one of these “better” companies, with the better pay and conditions. And if you are a current employee hoping to garner support for you being hard done by - then leave!!!!
