Shaking of the pilot tree and the pile of resumes at tin rattler HQ is still ample to fill vacancies. I heard the most recent hire took a $130K pay cut to leave Esso and join the ranks of the tin rattlers as a co-pilot. And he was fully tricked up with hours and instrument rating and type rating. Minimal effort for the tin rattlers to get a pilot with those qualifications into the left seat on entry level pay. Whilst that bounty of recruiting options exists there will remain a lot of inertia at TRHQ to change the status-quo.
