Currently it’s almost the same as a year 1 captain - and as the more junior captain is almost certainly on a light jet then they will likely be getting quite a bit more than a 20 year captain who is probably on a global.
The current pay scheme is structured to recognise the harder conditions on a Phenom (no APU, no cabin crew, 1,5m high cabin etc) than an attended Global. €200k is not unusual on the Phenom.If you are really motivated to earn a lot of money then €260+ is not out of the question.
