To misquote the bearded / sweatered one " to make a million in aviation it is best to start with two million".
The big question is - does the airport 'operating company' offering shares actually own the land? Probably not.
I suspect the land will be worth a fortune in five years once planning permission for the inevitable Retail Park / housing estate is provided. Shame.
