$174 for just Annex 2 Rules of the Air for example is a bit prohibitive.

I’m aware that there are some web sites (in Switzerland for example &#128580 that have such things but they can’t be relied on to be up to date.

I assume that UK (EU) SERA or whatever it’s called is legally binding until it catches up with whatever changes may be in the latest ICAO Annex 2.

The Swiss CAA / BAZL is pretty good, providing most of the documents you´ll ever need.
