Air Law and ICAO documents.

I’m thinking about renewing my FI after an airline career and just starting to go through the questions in Standards 10(A).

When I did my PPL many years ago I think ICAO got the vaguest of mentions, Air Law was based primarily on UK legislation. (My ATPLs though were ICAO->EASA->UK Air Law based).

Is there any library, physical or online where I can see the original ICAO documents as I like to see the original wording.

$174 for just Annex 2 Rules of the Air for example is a bit prohibitive.

I’m aware that there are some web sites (in Switzerland for example &#128580 that have such things but they can’t be relied on to be up to date.

I assume that UK (EU) SERA or whatever it’s called is legally binding until it catches up with whatever changes may be in the latest ICAO Annex 2.

Cheers,
