My favourite 727 fact - they crashed one deliberately into the Mexican desert at 2000fpm impact (there’s a TV program on it) to research crash survivability - the plane tore in a couple of pieces but the center engine kept running for
an hour after the ‘crash’ - would love to see one of your plastic gen <insert alphabet letter> speed tape covered wing aircraft that get offended by words piece of **** which loses 2 flecks of paint and melt in the suns rays do that!
