I still wonder if either group considers they may recoup any of those airfares through the Rex administrator, or whether they both see these offers primarily as good
PR and hopefully also gathering the good will of Rex customers for future business?
Having never studied business, I don't know the difference between what would be considered "competitive" and "anti-competitive" activities. They seem like the same thing to me, particularly when it comes to airlines.
