Any resolution will depend on the exact wording in your contract with L3. In the past, there seem to have been NDAs in place that prevent disgruntled customers from making the training contracts publicly available. If this is the case, without seeing the contract terms no-one here is going to be able to offer any practical help other than to suggest you lawyer up immediately, which would be my advice. In my experience most lawyers can handle what should be a fairly straightforward contract case.
