do you actually know the packages in UAE and other countries in Middle East ?
Are GANS and DANS/Serco so different in working conditions / management / salaries ?

I would sit tight and wait for the packages increase. UAE are all **** packages at the moment considering the cost of living. Especially if you have kids in school age.
