May I ask what your TT is? And what Type Rating(s) do you have? I’m aware that CX changed their DESO to TT1000 preferred, I’m just wondering if DESO has actually gotten so competitive that they’re hiring mostly pilots with 1000 hours or more and barely hiring anyone fresh out of flight school with 250 hours.
