Only "Bell 206" type with VH- registration that is listed on ASN Wikibase as having had an accident in PNG is VH-SHA, a 206L in Feb 2010. Description, while scant, fits the bill: https://asn.flightsafety.org/wikibase/169510

I was surprised the ASN wikibase doesn't list more VH- registered Bell losses in PNG aside from a few Bell 47's. P2- prefix was used from 1974 onwards.
