Christep...now please....Leemo does not have an attitude. As Cabin Crew it is drummed into you that Safety is primary reason we are on the plane. If safety wasn't important then they would not put us through months of training to learn it. Believe it or not we are all quite intelligent people, not just airheads that are there to look good or to be treated like servants.
There isnt a minute in the flight that CC dont think about safety. Its our primary job from the moment we get on the plane to the moment we get off..... its not just what you see. Before the flight we have to have a safety briefing, on the plane we have to check security,safety first aid.... throughout the flight we have to make sure everything is ok including safety of the flight deck(since Sept 11th)... and when you get off the plane we do it all over again.
WE have to be on our toes especially for the unexpected!!! Thats why safety does come first! You don't realise all the rules we have to obide to by the CAA.
Most passengers are really nice and therefore its not hard to be nice to them. We are talking about people that are treating us like dogs and speaking to us in a rude manner. WE (cabin crew) have the right to get the captain to off load passengers like this or ban then from flying with us!
All the money in the world does not give a rude arrogant person the right to talk to another human being in that manner! And thats when we have the right to put safety over smiles!

Its persistant people like yourself that make our jobs hard work. Just let the matter go. Keep enjoying your travelling and i hope to god you aren't one of these pain in the bum passengers, because if only you knew what happens behind the scenes when you upset cabin crew..... when they deliver your drink or food.... they arent smiling at you because they like you.... they are smiling because they know what they've put in it! Just bare this in mind next time you travel!
