Whilst perhaps not suited to your particular case, depending on the query - the UK GMC might be able to answer your questions if you have a concern. I believe all UK AME's are required to a hold a full, valid, unrestricted UK GMC
registration and a Medical Licence to Practise and this may assist if a query in relation to medical guidance other than AME?.
