Ukrainians are paying a bitter price for their freedom, but it seems that from most accounts, the greatest losses come from artillery and drones. In many engagements shown, it seems the ratio is massive losses for the Russians against little to none for the Ukrainians.
With a 4:1 advantage in population numbers, Pootin thinks he can afford the losses......just as Stalin did in WW2 against the Germans. The mindset is shear numbers will win the day eventually.
