WTP to econ is a lot unfair!! Agreed no competition on a 10 hour sector but the costs reflect this!
Not unfair at all. Dave indicated that he would pay more money for a better experience, which is precisely what WTP gives.
KLM do have some seat back TV's, it depends which aircraft you are on, I had them on an East Coast run and would expect most do

KL611 is scheduled for a 747 - therefore no seat back screens in Y I believe.
