At 100 to 200 feet, pick your visual aim point and make it stay in the same spot on the windscreen.

At 30 feet, hold your nerve, do nothing.
At 20 feet, gentle flare, eyes down the runway.
Thrust to idle somewhere between 30 and 10 feet depending on the energy of the aircraft.
