If one assumes that this bomb can glide at the speed of a cruising ATR-72 which has a wing loading of 370 kg/m2, that a simple wing with no flaps adds 10% to the bomb weight for a total weight of 275 kg, then a wing with a wingspan of 2 m and a wing depth of 37 cm will do the job.
If you manage to increase the wingspan to 3 m and decrease the wing depth to 25 cm you keep the same wing area of 0.75 m2 and you get the same aspect ratio of 12 as the ATR-72.
It's possibly not an easy engineering task but it is NOT physically impossible.
