Fac6 makes a good point and as per usual STW talks more sense than most on here (won’t stop me calling him on his misdirections tho).
There are 3 options that cx crew have.
1. STFU.
2. Quit and try your luck elsewhere.
3. Fight for an improvement.
Whinging incessantly like a spoilt child on social media about everything from salaries to rosters to how difficult it is to fill out an FRMS form to how unfair things are is also an option, just a very immature one.
