The Cabin Crew on HKD9000 / month are the most pissed off that the profit share is 7.2 x eligible salary. If they have a bad day at work they could be injured in turbulence or die violently. An office worker (receiving a relatively bigger profit share) might suffer a paper cut.
No one forced the cabin crew to take the job nor the office worker... but I'm sure the office worker is complaining about salary, no time off, commuting time, stress, colleagues and wishing to travel frequently.
An employee will never have a salary that matches their expectations no matter how many millions they are making... if you are not happy with your job or salary just get another or mind your own business.
