A Greens spokesperson implied that part e of the bill "any other related matters" was enough to investigate the failings within ASA.
I would argue that a far reaching enquiry into ASA and CASA is far more warranted on the basis that a serious failure due to ASA mismanagement will have far greater consequences than noise and, to a degree, may improve noise outcomes as well.
