I dont think there are many 135s sitting there in a box with up to date manuals, but happy to be proven wrong, as to keep the 135 you need those key personnel - whats the point of having a 135 if not using it, you're effectively paying money for no reason.
you could partner with an existing 135, and work on expanding their scope - or buy a company that has one and do what you want.
