Sounds like a question you should be asking them.
Why? If they have a rationale or info pertinent to a yes vote, they should be disseminating it to the pilots.
Pilots are not (usually) dumb enough to vote based on a baseless recommendation. It’s pretty clear that most people on here have read the draft and think it needs work.
