Skills shortage at air traffic control
It's no wonder that there is a shortage of air traffic controllers. During the pandemic, Airservices Australia instigated a redundancy program, with the last group of redundancies effective June 2022. Who would have thought that air traffic would ever recover from the COVID lows?
David Hartley, Beecroft, NSW

Certainly not the Chief Finance and Performance Officer, nor the Chief Customer and External Relations Officer, nor the Chief Service Delivery Officer and definitely not the AsA Chief Executive Officer.
