Are you suggesting that the guys/girls at American Airlines should also deserve nothing more than a 38 page Network
equivalent EA (or US CBA) -
one that has more holes than a kitchen sieve - simply because they too qualify for
fast promotions.
Or, should we all support those that have less favourable conditions than us, as we are all
professionals here and should be treated as such in the workplace, as in the end, a rising tide lifts all boats.
The improvements currently seen by US majors is due to continued rejection of poor working conditions which
started at the
regionals, but was duly supported by all as a united front.
