It's already been moved again in the three weeks since I received an official reply from CASA OAR to my enquiry. As detailed from my post in this thread earlier this month they stated:

CTA: November 2023 > November 2024 > June 2025
TWR: June 2024 > June 2025 > November 2025
From the CASA press release:
CASA has issued a direction to establish controlled airspace from 2025 and will work closely with Airservices to support airspace design.
The first phase will see the airspace reclassified and an approach control service provided by Airservices by 12 June 2025.
The second phase will see the establishment of a new aerodrome control service by Airservices no later than 27 November 2025.
Procedural or radar approach service? Additional surveillance? Primary radar? Secondary radar? ADSB only? VFR lanes?
Different approach (sorry) to Hobart, Launceston, Mackay and Rockhampton where an approach control service was added after the aerodrome control service had been operating for 60 or 70 years.
