Senator Shoebridge asked some interesting questions during Senate Estimates. Starting to look like they’ve been having problems with Topowl:
Substantial risk of CFIT
Unacceptable risk to flight safety
Not airworthy
Breached FAR regulations
Very high risk of catastrophic outcomes
Degraded peripheral vision
