As I know SO at short haul flights airlines (e.g. UO and HX) will sit at the right seat directly and
conducting take-off and landing.
Solid flying experience will be gained but you should expect a very packed roster with many turnaround flights.
Not sure for the pay of UO SO, may be something around 30-40k.
Any thoughts?
