GS-Alpha - thanks for the info. What is the approx seniority required for command on SH/LH? I have heard SH can be as short as 2 ys whereas LH is more likely to be > 15 ys. Say you join as LH FO, I guess you could still bid for command SH as soon as you join and then get it when the minimum seniority required "goes down" to your number? Thanks!
