Well, what words are up for review?
Airmanship
Cockpit
Joystick
Male and female cannon plugs
Hangars and undercarriage can be construed as an oblique reference to the male anatomy
Flaps similarly for females
"Hit the tit" has to go, as does "Call the ball"
Jesus nut, or any kind of nuts, ball bearings
Better get rid of the term "Air VICE Marshal", sexual connotations, and also "Privates".

Not forgetting:

Manual (including modes, aircrew manual etc)
Mandating
Manpower
