If I understand NOTAM B527/23 correctly the airspace from FL 125 to FL245 is downgraded from Class C to Class E. Alice's airspace is SFC to FL 125, so how is it that the airspace above is also affected? Seems a very odd decision, love to see the safety assessment that justifies this.
