Nothing wrong with wetlease, it's used all the time, I've used it myself. Nothing wrong with the employees either. It's the rotten apple I'm after. It's neither qualified, ethically fit or knowledgeable enough to be approved as Accountable Managers. But in teh JetsSky-concept they don't need that.
