Guessing that's what the #187 post refers to about avbl staff for de-combining/splitting sectors ? Also would delay or stop non-urgent level changes and non standard high workload re-routing etc I assume ?
And maybe long pauses on a/g acknowledgments whilst they are completing other tasks others may normally do for them ?
Also maybe refraining from endless useless requests for nearer runways due running late etc etc may help ?
