I have noticed over the years, in the companies I have worked for that when the shift work gets really nasty, with rosters chopping and changing, even quite young and fit pilots start having back issues. They’re not putting it on, I think there is something about sleep disruption and back problems.

Not the greatest recipe for a bulletproof immune system. Try it, even as a work from home experiment
