The AIP and NOTAM requirements doesn’t mandate additional fuel requirements when TIBA operates exists, specifically with regards to holding/delays with regards to TIBA operations.
Yep don't have time for this ****. It's like they purposely make this as difficult as possible so when the inevitable happens they can just point at the crew and say we told you... It's all your fault.
Load up on fuel and don't fly in TIBA. Simple really.
