Why does it take 4 hours to analyse this rubbish and my sign on time is only 1 hour prior to departure?
The AIP and NOTAM requirements doesn’t mandate additional fuel requirements when TIBA operates exists, specifically with regards to holding/delays with regards to TIBA operations.
