You are correct however when you say, no easy fix...the place has been cactus for years...50 recruits won't make any difference any time soon.
If we allegedly have 100 excess staff why are we desperately trying to recruit 50....seriously what a joke.
I absolutely love my job as an ATC, have done for decades but the organisation lost me 15 years ago...
