when I last spoke to one of the pilots of recruiting they are seeking people with IFR experience. A few high VFR time guys have been knocked back.
Good news if you’re flogging about IFR in a Chieftain or a Barron then. I’ve never even heard of a ‘high VFR time’ pilot, is it a thing?
