The last survey had an ENPs score of -51.2 andddd the solution is to improve block hour pay but only after the summer rush. And maybe serve us with mainland chinese slaves with poor attitudes - I mean new flight attendants. These management folks still haven't learned anything it seems they are beyond delusional at this point. Lets aim for a -90 ENPs score for the next survey in August since it is beyond a joke at this point.
