Repcon reports need to be submitted with specific date/time/event sequences and backup documentation. Nothing can/will happen when there are generalised statements.

The risk assessment one would be ideal if the reporter could show the RA showing high when it left Sydney and low after being reviewed in Melbourne. If ATSB and CASA were genuinely interested, they could do a detailed investigation on why the change was justified and who was qualified to make it.

Everything else on that REPCON is, unfortunately, fluff that serves only to make ATSB and CASA switch off as they perceive things as just another whinge. ASA just write their weasel words an nothing changes.
