It is bad.
Leasing company even tried to "planejack" all the aircraft to Tallinn to get them outside of EU.
Flying Finn owes aprx. 6-7 mio Euros to the leasing company, Finnish CAA( landing&nav fees) and to SAS(maintenance) as well to Globe ground handling company.
That is lot of money.
Finnish CAA has secured planes to Finland and FF can only fly domestic flights at the moment.
In couple of weeks court will say if company is proved to operate under special terms(like in US) or is it under bankrupt.
