There you go talking about "contracts". It doesn't exist anymore. You're not working under a "contract" now and you never will again in hk. Cathay proved via legal precedence that an employment "contract" you sign in hk isn't worth the toilet paper you're signing it on.

Every pilot who has left since the contract cancelation has gone on strike, permanently. Half of the seniority list is gone. Doing much more damage to cathay than cathay ever imagined in its short sightedness. Cathay won't change anything back to better. To do so would be an admission of fukkking up.
