There is information that large convoys of Russian military equipment have been moving through Starobilsk, Chervonodon. Putin probably made the decision to strengthen the defense of Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions after successful operation of Russian partisans in Belgorod region. This means that Russian frontlines in Luhansk and Donetsk region might weaken. We will see what happens next.
